    We do not operate analytics software or user tracking on this website. However, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may automatically collect certain technical data as part of its infrastructure and security services. This may include your IP address, browser type, and request metadata. This data is processed by Cloudflare in accordance with their privacy policy and is used for security, performance, and operational purposes.     In Short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We may also process your information for other purposes with your consent.

    We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including:

    • To respond to enquiries. When you submit our contact form, we use the information provided -your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and message -solely to respond to your enquiry.
    • To maintain security and prevent fraud. We use Cloudflare Turnstile on our contact form to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated spam. This involves minimal technical data processing by Cloudflare.
    • To comply with legal obligations. We may process your information where required to do so by applicable law or regulation.

    3. What Legal Bases Do We Rely On to Process Your Personal Information?

    In Short: We only process your personal information when we believe it is necessary and we have a valid legal reason (i.e. legal basis) to do so under applicable law, like with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services to enter into or fulfil our contractual obligations, to protect your rights, or to fulfil our legitimate business interests.

    Vendors, Consultants, and Other Third-Party Service Providers. We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents ('third parties') who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. We have contracts in place with our third parties, which are designed to help safeguard your personal information. They will also not share your personal information with any organisation apart from us. They also commit to protect the data they hold on our behalf and to retain it for the period we instruct.

    The third parties we may share personal information with include:

    • Hosting & CDN: Cloudflare, Inc. -our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and delivered via Cloudflare's content delivery network. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses and request logs as part of its hosting and security services. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
    • Spam Prevention: Cloudflare Turnstile -used on our contact form to verify that submissions are made by a person rather than an automated bot. Turnstile is designed to protect user privacy and does not track users across sites. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
    • Fonts: Google Fonts -we load typefaces from Google's servers, which means your browser makes requests to Google when visiting our site. See Google Fonts Privacy FAQ.
    • Contact Form Processing: Cloudflare Workers & Email Routing -form submissions are processed by a Cloudflare Worker and delivered to our inbox via Cloudflare Email Routing. Message content is handled within Cloudflare's infrastructure and is not stored beyond what is received in our email account. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

    We also may need to share your personal information in the following situations:

    • Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

    5. Do We Use Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies?

    In Short: We use cookies only for essential site functions. We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising technologies.

    We use a small number of cookies and browser storage technologies strictly for the essential operation of this website.     We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organisational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process.     We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records.

    Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ('DNT') feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.
